Ashley Fisher has been in the eyecare field for over 19 years, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role as Ophthalmic Trainer and Owner.
With certifications as a Certified Paraoptometric (CPO) obtained in 2016, Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) and Ophthalmic Scribe Certification (OSC) obtained in 2020, Ashley has a strong foundation in both optometry and ophthalmology, having transitioned into the latter in 2018. Her commitment to enhancing training standards stems from her firsthand experience with the consequences of inadequate training, motivating her to elevate patient care and employee satisfaction within the industry.
Her mentor in patient care; her mother Kathleen A. Clary, OD, has instilled a unique passion for teaching the art of patient relationship.
